We are very pleased with our experience with Beyond Indigo. Specifically, we were most impressed with the fact that they took all of our feedback and suggestions and used them to come up with the designs and content. We were nervous that we may be shut out of that part of the development.
We never had any issues with getting in touch with someone from BI, even late in the evening. They gave us several design options to choose from, as well as various uses of the content. The development process went very smoothly, the only reason the deadline was extended was because we (Final Gift) came up with some late additions to the site. If not for those changes, we would have been up and running prior to the deadline.
We continue to be impressed with them and their customer service. If we have a question, or an issue occurs, or we need to make a site modification; we can send comments to the appropriate BI contact and the response time is usually less than 24 hours. For issues that require immediate response someone is always available to answer one of the phone numbers provided.
We continue to receive compliments from customers on the ease of use of the site.
One last comment, we received an unexpected package last week with 3,000 site business cards. They were fantastic, and unexpected.

I really like my new website. This is actually my second website; my first website was with a provider who did cookie-cutter sites. They were not as responsive as Beyond Indigo has been. Face it, veterinarians need babysitters when it comes to our websites, Beyond Indigo usually responds to any questions or issues that I might have within a day. Sometimes, when I don't really understand what's wrong, they go to a lot of trouble investigating the site to find my issues. I really appreciate that!
I've had nothing but positive feed-back from my clients. And I've received comments from other veterinarians in the area, as well as my friends and family, that they are all impressed with the site.
I know that we've had at least a couple of new clients come to us because of the website. And with the ability we have to access Pet Portals through the website, many of my clients have increased their compliance.
